Rock-A-Bye, Baby
Rock-a-bye, baby, thy cradle is green;Father's a nobleman, mother's a queen;And Betty's a lady, and wears a gold ring;And Johnny's a drummer, and drums for the king
1) I picked this poem because it was a twist on a classic luliby
2)the title of the poem is just the first phrase of the poem, the author keeps it simple by doing so.
3)the poet uses personifiction and imagery to paint a picture of the story for the reader.
4)the tone of the piece is kind of.... sleepy and old, like even when it was first written had a older feel to it.
